*Electives are divided into two groups, allowing you to focus on specialized skills. Select courses from program planning and evaluation and/or leadership and management electives.

To qualify for registration into the certificate, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • be a member of a regulated health discipline with a minimum of an undergraduate degree
  • undergraduate (or equivalent) degree in health services management
  • registered practical nurse (RPN) license (recommended completion of two prior undergraduate courses with a C and written assignments)
