More about Bailey

Bailey is the Founder & CEO of SkillsCamp, a soft skills development company that partners with organizations to help their people learn the skills they need for personal and professional success.

She is currently earning a Doctorate of Education in Learning and Organizational Change where she’s studying generative AI, leadership, and skills development.

Bailey says people often fall into a career in technology as they see how it intersects with policy, mental health, or other fields and how it plays a huge role in people’s lived experiences. She adds that this is when people make it a career choice, pointing out there’s no “perfect path” to get there.

“Many people, and especially women, do not grow up knowing they want to be a technologist. And when it comes to the field of digital wellbeing, this wasn't even a field 30 years ago. I find many people ‘fall into’ this field tangentially.”
