André has worked in a variety of roles connecting policy, higher education, and technology. He is currently the Director of Policy and Research at The Dais at Toronto Metropolitan University, a think tank that focuses on creating policy change at the intersection of technology, education, and democracy. André also sits as a director on the board of eCampus Ontario.

More about André

André has published numerous papers, reports, articles, and op-eds in his current role at The Dais as well as in past positions at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, and with the Public Policy Forum.

He also developed Dive: Student Aid, a pilot interactive digital case learning model created with partners at Toronto Metropolitan University, Sandbox, and Meadow Consulting.

André is a graduate of the Munk School’s Master of Public Policy (MPP) program and Queen’s University.
