Course Series

This Course Series was discontinued effective for the Winter Term, as of February 2, 2026. Students who began before that date may still complete the requirements and apply for the Professional Development Award.

Students will examine a variety of systems relevant to the retail environment through case studies and online discussions. Other topics will include teamwork, employee motivation, retail metrics, and meeting consumers’ needs.
