Evolve your accounting experience with an Intermediate Accounting II Certificate

Are you ready to continue your journey to Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) accreditation? Our Level 3: Certificate in Intermediate Accounting II will help you deepen your accounting knowledge even further and keep building your industry expertise. This is the third certificate in The Chang School’s four-part certificate series:

Our Accounting Certificate Series offers in-depth skills training and hands-on experience to help you master those CPA enabling competencies and give you the best possible start in your accounting certification and CPA career. (Not sure if you want to go the CPA route quite yet? This certificate will set you up for success in any career that requires in-depth accounting knowledge.)

The Intermediate Accounting II Certificate will build on the fundamental knowledge and specialized skills you built in your Level 1 and Level 2 accounting certificates. In this certificate, you’ll take your must-have accounting skills to the next level, mastering financial accounting and managerial finance. You’ll also gain experience in intermediate cost and management accounting. We value the soft skills, too, so you’ll also learn valuable communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and writing strategies, via case analysis.

All these courses can be completed online (with in-person exams), so you can complete your certificate in accounting on your own schedule and timeline.

The accounting courses in the Certificate in Intermediate Accounting II qualify as preparatory courses for the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP). Once you complete all four accounting certificates, you can apply for the CPA PEP. And, after you complete the PEP, you’ll be eligible to write the three-day Common Final Examination (CFE) exam.

You’re well on your way to completing your accounting certification and CPA prep: now let’s take the next step together.
