The unique Certificate in Fashion Innovation was built in collaboration with one of the top fashion schools in the world, the School of Fashion. It provides in-depth education that will set you up for success in a wide variety of fashion-related fields, including marketing and events management; brand-building, public relations, fashion media, and styling; business analysis and management, and entrepreneurship; design management, product research and trend forecasting; direct-to-consumer, marketplace and digital selling; and merchandising, buying, wholesale sales and brand management.
The Fashion Innovation certificate is all about future-proofing your skills: as the fashion industry undergoes rapid transformation, it will equip you with everything you need to stay ahead of the curve. By developing expertise in areas such as sustainability, digital innovation, diversity, research and data analysis, digital events and experiential branding, and emerging fashion systems, you’ll have the skills and knowledge needed to shape the future of fashion, drive positive change, and gain a competitive advantage. You’ll also complete a capstone project where you will solve a real-world problem and connect with the fashion community, preparing you to lead change in the fashion industry.

Certificate Requirements
- 6 required courses
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 1.67+
Admission Criteria
Recommended:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent
- With 6 Grade 12 U or M credits (including English)

- Continuous learners with relevant professional experience
