Course Description

Take "Production: An Introduction" to learn the fundamentals of stage design and technical management. The first two parts will touch on the creative team conversations and the tools that the set, costume, lighting, sound, and projection designer have to produce an effective design. The second two parts will focus on the practical conversations of the Production Manager and Technical Director who are responsible for the balancing time, money, people and safety to ensure productions fit within a theatre’s resources.
