Course Description

This course will attune actors to the truth that lies within their bodies and underneath the cover of words. It will awaken the notion that we are full of humanity and that humanity is expressed most often truthfully through the body and not words. Words can often obfuscate, not reveal. They can mask us rather than connect us. Through games, exercises and scenarios we will foster awareness, curiosity and play in our bodies and act!
