Course Description
This course examines the vital role that ethics plays at all leadership levels within a company. Students will discover the importance of instilling ethical values as a key to long term success. Exposure to thought-provoking cases and literature will heighten student awareness of the need to develop strong ethical leadership in dealing with customers, the community, and employees. Students will also be exposed to the critical role of governments in regulating international business behaviour. (Formerly MGT 802)Notes

On-campus exam requirement: Your final exam will be written in person at the Toronto Metropolitan University campus.
