Course Description

This course explores the intersection of practical data science applications combined with HR practices; enhancing the learner's ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making in organizational contexts. By delving into key concepts like ethics and data collection, interpretation and analysis, learners will gain insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and engagement as well as be equipped with the knowledge and skills to begin to harness the power of data in human resources.
