Course Description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of quality thinking and the contemporary definition of quality. Learners will gain insights into the origins and progression of quality management principles, focusing on their application in modern organizations. Through learning about problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), key process and quality concepts, data-driven decision-making, as well as project management and change management frameworks, learners will be equipped to drive continuous improvement in their organizations.
