CYPG 633 - Lean Six Sigma in Action

Course Description

This course offers learners a comprehensive approach to enhancing process performance by engaging in a real-world Green Belt certification project. Throughout the course, learners will work on a project applying the lean six sigma methodology while receiving ongoing coaching, feedback and guidance by a Master Black Belt. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped with the skills needed to drive meaningful process improvements and lead successful change initiatives in their organizations.
