Course Description
This course equips learners with labour relations knowledge, focusing on the role and impact of unions in human resources management. Learners will gain an understanding of the collective bargaining process, inclusive decision-making, and transparent communication with employees, leadership, and union representatives. The course covers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options, emphasizing respectful participation in mediation and arbitration.
