Course Description

The ability to evaluate learning experiences through meaningful metrics and analytics is a critical competency for L&D professionals. Learners will examine the evolving landscape of learning analytics and the strategic importance of data-informed evaluation practices. They will explore the use of technology evaluation processes, with an emphasis on Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation within organizational contexts. Participants will use analytical tools and techniques to assess the effectiveness of learning solutions, interpret evaluation results, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance learning outcomes and support broader organizational performance goals.
