Course Description

This hands-on filmmaking course empowers adults 50+ to bring their stories to life. Participants will explore development, screenwriting, budgeting, and scheduling; practice production skills including shot design and on-set roles; and learn the essentials of editing, sound, and music. Marketing, festivals, and distribution strategies will prepare creators for real-world impact. The course culminates in producing and editing a collaborative short film, celebrating creativity, confidence, and community storytelling.
