CBUS 800 - Strategic Management
Course Description
Strategic Management is a challenging and exciting course. The problems and issues of strategy management cover the whole spectrum of business. Weighing the pros and cons of strategy requires a total enterprise perspective and a talent for judging how all of the relevant facts add up. To keep the discussions down to earth, each week real companies will be examined. In addition, the course uses some experiential exercises which may include a simulation.Notes
This course will require you to be online for live lectures every week at the scheduled time. More details will be included in your course outline available on the first day of class. On campus midterm scheduling information will be provided by your instructor, via course announcements. The final exam will be scheduled and published approximately four weeks prior to the TMU exam period of the term and will not normally be on the same time/day of your weekly classes.

On-campus exam requirement: Your midterm and final exam will be written in person at the Toronto Metropolitan University campus.
