Course Description

This Section II course continues to offer the opportunity to explore and practice specific acting exercises designed by legendary actor and acting teacher Uta Hagen. It is founded in the understanding that "Acting is Doing". The purpose of these exercises is to deconstruct the acting process allowing the actor to focus on individual aspects of the actor's craft. While the course builds on the work begun in CSAC 346, there are no prerequisites. There will be a public sharing of the work at the end of the class to present the work in progress.
