Course Description

Amazing Cooks looks at six 20th century cooks who transformed the way we eat. MFK Fisher changed food writing in the 30s, James Beard championed American cooking while Elizabeth David revolutionized British cooking. We'll see how Julia Child challenged American tastes in the 60's , Madhur Jaffrey popularized Indian cooking in the 80's and Anthony Bourdain took us from NY restaurants and out into the world.
