Course DescriptionThe course deals with the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM)/Pert Networks for time control of a project. Topics covered include: the total project as a system, criteria for assessing the suitability of network presentations, project analysis, and decision-making, and the use of computers for network analysis and report production. The practical aspects of installing and operating a planning and scheduling system are emphasized throughout the course. (39 PDUs)
