Course Description

Given the dynamic nature of the retail industry, leaders are required to develop productive and engaging organizations which are also primed for disruption and innovation. In this course, students develop customer focused organizational leadership strategies focused on innovative problem solving processes and organizational alignment. They also develop personal leadership skills oriented to the development of an engaged, productive workforce.

Notes

The prerequisite may be waived if the student has specific professional experience. Individuals who do not have the prerequisite and who wish to take this course must contact the Academic Coordinator, Sean Sedlezky, at ssedlezk@torontomu.ca for more information.
