Course Description

This course is designed to help international professionals enhance personal and professional success by using effective means of formal and informal communication in the workplace. At course completion, learners will have developed skills in areas of active listening, empathy, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and writing effective formal communication documents. Learners will utilize strategies to effectively deal with conflict in the workplace; practice skills in writing formal documents such as emails, meeting minutes, and reports.
