CYPG 631 - Advanced Six Sigma

Course Description

This course will provide participants with hands-on experience in advanced quality improvement methods. Learners will hone their ability to make data-driven decisions by exploring hypothesis testing, interpreting p-values, and working with risk levels. They will gain proficiency in statistical tools, like t-tests, ANOVA, and regression, enabling them to analyze data, pinpoint root causes, assess risks and use DMAIC problem-solving methodologies. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to lead quality improvement projects.
