Course Description

This course explores strategic HR planning, focusing on aligning workforce strategies with business goals. Learners will conduct job analysis, implement performance management and succession planning, and apply evaluation techniques for continuous improvement. The course also examines HR and legal implications in downsizing, restructuring, and mergers, ensuring compliance and ethical decision-making. Learners will design practical HR planning frameworks, equipping them to drive organizational success through effective workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Notes

This course offers a fully online, interactive and engaging experience with regularly scheduled live synchronous sessions. Dates and times for live sessions will be posted in the course section schedule when they are available.
