Course Description

This course equips learners with the knowledge to understand the principles and strategies behind designing effective total compensation systems. Learners will examine fairness and pay equity, labour market influences, and the development of pay structures. The course covers current trends in compensation and rewards, including benefits and incentives, and how these can be used to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

Notes

This course offers a fully online, interactive and engaging experience with regularly scheduled live synchronous sessions. Dates and times for live sessions will be posted in the course section schedule when they are available.
