Course Description

This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills to strategically align Learning & Development initiatives with organizational objectives. Learners will discover how to engage with leaders in their organization to identify and prioritize learning needs, collaborate with people leaders to plan to address employee skills gaps, use adult learning principles and instructional design considerations in creating learning proposals, and evaluating their costs and benefits. In this course, learners will raise their self-awareness about their own learning habits, gain knowledge about 'how to learn' effectively and will develop critical skills required in L&D that are highly valuable for their core careers in Human Resources.

If you’re interested in taking courses in this postgraduate certificate program, simply complete our short online application form. Notes

This course offers a fully online, interactive and engaging experience with regularly scheduled live synchronous sessions. Dates and times for live sessions will be posted in the course section schedule when they are available.
