Course Description

This workshop provides students with the foundational skills required for success at university by engaging in ongoing reading, writing, self-reflection, and self-assessment in order to build learning tools that are best suited to each students’ needs. Through discussion and hands-on activities, students will build a “personal theory of university” and a collective sense of what to expect academically, socially, and personally in undergraduate studies.
