Course Description

Designed for HR practitioners with little to no experience in statistical analysis, this course will heighten learners' understanding of the “why’s and how’s” of applying foundational statistical analysis methodology (hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling), within an HR context. Learners will be able to validate HR strategies, select models, and analyze employee sentiment. They will gain exposure to, and develop conversancy in “next step” statistical analysis techniques; enhancing communication with colleagues in technical roles.
