Drawing from the practices of Mindfulness and Yoga, as well as the Alexander Technique and Pilates, this course will help you develop a holistic approach to self-care in your home. You will build and maintain resilience in your body, mind, and spirit - especially during stressful times, improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness, move with less tension and pain, and engage in activities with ease and enjoyment.
