Course Description

The retail landscape is constantly changing and, with these changes, the expectations of customers and retail employees are constantly evolving. As a result, the development of an adaptive workforce is a strategic priority for retailers. This course examines how retail workplaces are organized, how innovation and new skills are enabled, and how individuals and diverse teams develop ways to work together in the dynamic retail environment.
